wELCOME TO WA-CCSThe Washington Council of County Surveyors (WCCS) was formed in 1992 to provide a forum for the exchange of information between and among surveyors engaged in work by and for county governments and other related agencies and organizations; to provide an opportunity for peer group review; to enhance the learning of the members from the experiences of other surveyors engaged in similar work; to discuss and develop training techniques for its members and their staff; to provide for the exchange of information with other disciplines engaged in work by and for county governments and other municipalities; to enhance the members skills and abilities to perform their professional assignments; to provide for technology transfer of new technologies, i.e. LIS, GIS, GPS; to enhance the profession of land surveying. | Survey Conference 2024The WCCS conference in intended to provide city, county and state employees with the perspective, knowledge, and tools related to the public practice of land surveying. For the past twenty five years the conference has brought surveying professionals together with experts from various fields to share what they know and develop discussions about how to apply these issues in the attendee’s everyday work environment and to augment their studies in acquiring licensure. There will not be a 2023 conference. However, we are planning conference for January 2024. Information will be posted as it becomes available. Our conference is intended to benefit all land surveyor personnel from field crews to office survey technicians and managers. |
